Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist brides in finding their dream wedding dress and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Guide brides through the entire bridal appointment process, including trying on dresses, providing style advice, and answering questions
- Utilise strong selling skills to meet sales targets and upsell additional products and services
- Maintain a clean and organised bridal boutique
- Stay up-to-date with current bridal trends and product knowledge
- Communicate effectively with clients, both in person and over the phone
- Manage multiple appointments and prioritise tasks effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Co-ordinate influencer try on sessions

- Create and schedule social media posts on Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok

- Ensure all spreadsheets are kept up-to-date and track orders as required

Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple appointments and tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Upselling skills to meet sales targets and maximise revenue
- Knowledge of bridal fashion trends and styles
- Phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Time management skills to ensure efficient use of appointment slots

- Ability to work alone as well as in part of a team
