We're looking for a passionate and technically sharp Civil Structural Engineer to join our talented Birmingham team and make a real impact.

We're looking for a Senior Bridge Engineer to join our dynamic London team and take a leading role in delivering high-profile projects across the globe.


As a Senior Bridge Engineer, you'll not only be designing cutting-edge structures but also helping to drive business growth and manage multidisciplinary teams. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be involved in:

Leading and undertaking assignments across the UK and internationally; delivering on time, on budget, and to the highest standards Undertaking structural design and analysis using high-end analysis and design software across a broad range of structural types and using various international standards Assisting in the management of the design process that may include other related design disciplines Coordinating design as part of an internal team and liaising with external associated professionals and our clients Managing project time, budgets, and resources, ensuring everything stays on track Overseeing and mentoring junior engineers, supporting their professional development and Chartership progress Collaborating with internal and external teams in a cross-functional environment

Qualifications

We need a strong technical engineer with leadership capabilities who is ready to make an impact on some of the world's most exciting and complex projects. Ideally, you'll bring:

A Chartered Civil Engineer qualification with a post-graduate qualification in a relevant subject Working knowledge of structural processes and design, with a particular emphasis on data interpretation, design & analysis, construction and advanced numerical modelling Extensive knowledge of Eurocodes and other national and international industry standards, contracts, methodologies, procedures and best practice Experience working on major bridge construction and modern bridge erection works and construction techniques would be considered advantageous Experience with structural analysis software like LUSAS, Midas, RM Bridge Strong communication skills, with a talent for producing clear, high-quality written work The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, handling changing priorities while keeping quality high A collaborative approach, with a focus on successful delivery for our clients
