Join our Eltham, London team as a Senior Building Surveyor with the potential for Project Team Leadership responsibility. Work on diverse projects across Education, Commercial, Emergency Services, and Health sectors, with flexibility of hybrid working.

The Ideal Candidate:
MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) status.
Building Surveying Degree or equivalent
Expertise in building surveying.
Must efficiently manage programs to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
Experience in education, emergency services, healthcare and/or commercial projects is advantageous.
Strong client interaction skills are necessary to build relationships.
Proven leadership in interdisciplinary project teams is advantageous.
