Job Description
Our client, a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Construction Managers located in Ripley, Surrey, are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
Duties will include but are by no means limited to:
- Regular residential building surveys, followed by accurate and succinct reports.
- Specific inspections and building defects diagnosis.
- Project Management and Contract Administration.
- Preparing detailed Schedule of Works and Specification writing.
- Preparation of Schedules of Dilapidations and Schedules of Condition.
- Preparation of Party Wall Awards and acting as a Party Wall Surveyor.

- Minimum of 5 years\' building surveying experience
- Ideally MRICS qualified
- Full driving licence
- Based local to Ripley
- Salary: \xc2\xa350k - \xc2\xa365k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank holidays.
- Workplace pension after successful probation.
- Private health insurance after successful probation.
