Are you an experienced Building Surveyor with a passion for making a difference? At Bolton at Home, we're looking for a dedicated

Senior Building Surveyor

to lead our team in delivering high-quality services, ensuring the safety and maintenance of housing assets, and driving meaningful community impact.

In this pivotal role, you'll manage and support a team of surveyors, oversee critical projects, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations. You'll collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver value for money and uphold the highest quality standards in home adaptations and asset maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Building Surveyors, fostering excellence and innovation. Oversee the delivery of home adaptations and asset maintenance to high standards. Ensure compliance with the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act and health and safety regulations. Develop and maintain robust contract management systems, including risk management and quality assurance. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including Housing Ombudsman cases.
