Conduct gap analysis, identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide strategic recommendations.
Support user acceptance testing, training, and change management initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a
Business Analyst
ideally within Salesforce environments.
Strong understanding of
CRM best practices.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
