Key Responsibilities:

Lead business analysis and requirements-gathering sessions with higher education clients. Translate business processes into functional Salesforce solutions. Collaborate closely with technical architects, developers, and project managers to design and implement scalable CRM systems. Conduct gap analysis, identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide strategic recommendations. Support user acceptance testing, training, and change management initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Business Analyst

ideally within Salesforce environments. Strong understanding of
