We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst to join our group Digital Change team to work on system change within our strategic delivery squads. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership for delivering the full range of BA artefacts across the end-to-end change lifecycle.


You will support the delivery of digital solutions that are customer focused, easy to use, reliable, flexible, and meet the needs of all our stakeholders.



With your understanding of digital system solutions and strong analytical skills, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations that will guide strategic decision-making.

About the role



Analysis of complex change initiatives Elicit, challenge and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges on both waterfall and agile projects. Facilitate workshops with a wide range of stakeholders to understand current and future state, documenting process maps to reflect these. Ability to work within a team, working on one or more projects at any given time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the requirements. Support User Acceptance Testing.

About you



Experience in working in a digital first environment. Experienced Senior Business Analyst with previous experience in a BA role. Experience in large scale transformation programmes. Advanced in analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards. Proficient interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to establish and maintain relationships. Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
