Vacancy - Senior Business Analyst - Technology and Transformation
Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst seeking an opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation journey? We're building a new team to drive technology innovation and change across our organisation and we're looking for a senior-level professional to lead and develop our Business Analyst team to support this.
Your role
As Senior Business Analyst, you will be a pivotal member of our Technology and Transformation Programme, overseeing a team of business analysts while remaining hands-on in shaping and delivering high-impact projects and programmes. You will also have an opportunity to collaborate with and influence a diverse group of senior stakeholders, delivery teams and project managers.
You will lead and develop our Business Analysts, ensuring high standards, consistency and continuous improvement in analysis practices, playing a central role in maturing our business analysis capabilities, frameworks, and tools.
What you'll bring
You bring a blend of strategic and delivery expertise, with:
Extensive experience in senior business analysis roles within complex technology or transformation environments;
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience managing a team of business analysts;
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence operating at all levels of a large and complex organisation;
Expertise in business process modelling, user story creation, and defining acceptance criteria;
Exposure to operational technologies such as IoT, automation, and terminal operating systems is highly desirable;
Expertise in the definition and embedding of standards and best practice in ways of working.
Ideally, professional certifications such as CBAP, BCS, or BABOK.
