Duties

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects. Utilize data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights. Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators. Lead Agile project management practices to ensure timely delivery of projects. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing input during all phases of development. Conduct ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources. Create process maps and flowcharts using Visio to illustrate business processes and system interactions. Collaborate with IT teams on database design and implementation projects. Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in business analysis.

Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles. Knowledge of linked data concepts and their application in business contexts. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
