This role focuses on delivering impactful change across people, process, and technology, often beyond system implementations. By applying a process-led approach, the Senior Business Analyst ensures solutions are well-grounded and add measurable value to both internal teams and client outcomes. As part of the Business Improvement Team, they champion best practices and help shape what excellence in business analysis looks like across the firm.
