As Senior Change Manager, you will deliver human-led change to achieve real organisational outcomes that will in turn, support Allwyn to return more money to good causes. In addition to managing a portfolio of change programmes, you'll need to look at the broader context of change within Allwyn, understanding complexities, culture, and the knock-on impacts of multi-programme change. You'll navigate competing demands and shifting priorities with empathy, curiosity, and composure -- ensuring change remains purposeful and sustainable. Most of all, you'll ensure we inspire, delight and engage our colleagues -- so everyone feels ready for, and excited by, what comes next.
