Bishop Auckland College is seeking a

Senior Business Development Advisor

to join our ambitious and forward-thinking team.

As part of a college committed to supporting local skills growth and employer partnerships, you'll play a key role in driving apprenticeship growth. You'll work closely with employers, industry partners to identify training needs, develop new opportunities, and grow our apprenticeship portfolio across a range of sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or employer engagement--preferably within the education or training sector.

You'll be a confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to achieving targets, and a deep understanding of how apprenticeships can transform businesses and careers.

This role will include responsibilities within safeguarding and the postholder will be engaging in regulated activity.
