This role plays a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting business development activities across the Petroleum Services (PS) and Integrated Reservoir Services (IRS) teams. This role ensures seamless integration of financial oversight, contract management, and administrative processes with broader strategic business development goals. The position involves compiling and communicating revenue and expenditure data, managing invoice processing and audits, coordinating proposals and tenders, and serving as the primary liaison for client visits. The role also contributes to performance reporting and strategic planning, offering valuable insights to regional leadership.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Compile and communicate regional PS and IRS Flash projections, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of revenue and expenses to the Country Manager.
Manage invoice processing and collections for the IRS team, ensuring compliance with financial reporting regulations and QHSE system standards.
Maintain IRS invoice data for state partner audits and quarterly reports in line with internal and client requirements.
Administer regional contract documentation, including data licensing agreements, renewals, and award tracking for PS and IRS.
Oversee general administrative and logistical support for IRS state partner engagements, including travel, accommodation, entertainment, and advancements.
Support the PS and IRS business development team in organizing client visits, coordinating proposal preparation, providing technical and commercial input, and capturing client activity feedback.
Lead the implementation and oversight of agent and subcontractor agreements, ensuring appropriate documentation and process compliance.
Provide regular sales and business development summaries as requested by the Country Manager.
Contribute to regional business strategy development, offering recommendations on resource needs and priority areas.
Attend business development meetings and provide operational insight to drive performance.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information at all times.
Demonstrate flexibility by performing other duties as assigned, supporting a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geoscience, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Project management certification preferred (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
Extensive experience in the energy sector (preferably oil & gas), with a focus on business development operations, financial oversight, and proposal coordination.
Demonstrated ability to manage technical and commercial tenders, contract administration, and supplier registration processes.
Experience with CCS, geothermal, or energy transition projects is desirable.
Familiarity with compliance and registration platforms such as Achilles, JQS, and Open-ES.
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, audit preparation, and compliance with financial reporting requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce CRM, and project tracking tools.
