Manage strategic accounts

and develop long-term partnerships with key clients.

Lead

new business acquisition

efforts by identifying and engaging prospective customers across the UK market. Execute well-defined

business development routines

including pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic targeting. Apply

consultative selling

methodologies to position complex IT and custom software development services effectively. Collaborate cross-functionally with

delivery and marketing teams

to ensure value-driven outcomes for clients. Operate as a

self-driven and proactive team player

, contributing to both individual and team success. Leverage your

established network

within UK mid and large enterprises to open new opportunities; international connections across Europe or the US are a strong asset. Navigate

international business environments

with confidence and cultural fluency. Engage directly with

C-level stakeholders

, understanding and addressing their strategic technology needs. Demonstrate a solid

understanding of the IT industry

, especially within Retail and HiTech sectors. Experience with

Lead

comprehensive account plans

quota management
