Opening 100+ new accounts annually (focus: chains under 200 locations, green coffee startups, equipment innovators)
Converting Allegra report buyers into full GCI subscribers
Planting seeds in untapped markets (Africa specialty, Middle East franchising)
The Hunt - What You'll Actually Do
1. Lead Conversion (50%)
Own marketing-qualified leads:
Event attendees from major coffee summits
Report buyers showing intent (e.g., downloaded "Asia Pacific Market Trends")
Free trial users of GCI platforms
Run high-impact demos showcasing:
Exclusive data unavailable elsewhere
VIP event access through GCI membership
Cost savings vs. piecemeal report purchases
