As a result, oracy\xe2\x80\x99s impact is becoming recognised, with the topic and Voice 21 appearing on the front pages of the national newspapers. About the role Voice 21 is an agent for change, a thought leader in oracy education, and a continual professional development partner to schools. We\xe2\x80\x99re really clear on how we impact students, especially those experiencing economic disadvantage, and we have an established reputation for whole school improvement. This role will oversee and own the sales plan, deliver sales targets and shape new processes and sales journeys. Working very closely with lead generation you will nurture and sign schools, trusts and groups, with opportunity ranging from \xc2\xa32,650 - \xc2\xa370,000. This means you\xe2\x80\x99ll have experience of selling to schools scalably and managing enterprise accounts.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve in your first six months

  • Oversee and deliver 1M in new revenue in Voice 21\xe2\x80\x99s Growth team
  • Plan and develop targeted territory campaigns with our Marketing Lead
  • Hone and continually develop tailored sales journeys for different market segments and buyer profiles
  • Manage additional sales support during peak periods
  • With Head of Growth, build an automated and scalable buyer journey
  • Position Voice 21 to schools for long term impact and bring accounts on board for multi-year packages
About you
  • Experience of B2B sales in education sector
  • Proven track record of selling to the education market, including schools, multi-academy trusts and local authorities
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve planned and delivered business development plans that meet termly and annual targets
  • Commercially-minded, creative and comfortable with using marketing and sales tools that nurture accounts at scale
  • Highly organised and systematic, you\xe2\x80\x99re able to create clear and repeatable sales journeys
  • Strong sales skills, including teach, tailor and control sales methodologies
  • An adventurer - you\xe2\x80\x99re happy treading a new path, you\xe2\x80\x99ll creatively solve problems and aren\xe2\x80\x99t afraid of experimentation, failure or changing direction
  • A founder\xe2\x80\x99s spirit - you bring a deep sense of ownership to what you do and can see things through
