ABOUT THIS ROLE





Our Corporate sales team is looking to expand their desk with an ambitious confident Sales Manager. As the first point of contact with prospective clients, you have the ability to create and cultivate long-lasting relationships. You will lead the business development team, aimed at growing the corporate client portfolio in the UK. Your mission will be to drive corporate sales by generating leads & closing deals

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead sourcing and identification of prospective clients (e.g. Internet research, CRM, LinkedIn, Networking). Conduct initial fact-find and qualification to identify application for HiFX services. Obtain detailed understanding of prospect client's FX requirements. Record and maintain accurate records on CRM database. Maintain and update sales pipeline reporting for Team Lead/HoC. Explain FABs (features, advantages and benefits) of corporate services to decision maker(s). Conduct currency audits or rate comparisons (trade analysis) for prospective clients. Assisting team members with the origination of sales ideas and execution of sales campaigns. Monthly and quarterly individual sales performance reporting. Assumes supervisory duties when the Team Lead is absent/on leave. CRM and sales pipeline management. Book meeting(s) and appointments for field sales to present our services. Working with Credit team (where required) to agree facilities for new clients. Complete on-boarding and account opening for new clients. Perform timely and efficient hand-over of new clients to service delivery team.




POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 7 years industry experience in a sales role within an FX environment Strong track record of out performance relative to targeted KPIs. Previous senior experience not a prerequisite, but desired. Ability to work within a fast-paced result driven sales environment
