We're now looking for a

Senior Business Development Manager

to play a central role in driving further revenue growth, building relationships with law firm clients and prospects, and contributing to our next phase of strategic expansion.

What you'll do

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts across Scotland. Identify and secure new business opportunities, delivering successful sales presentations and client onboarding. Work closely with the leadership team to shape strategy and drive revenue in residential and commercial markets. Monitor client activity to maximise share-of-wallet opportunities. Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives, helping shape the future of PSS. Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.

Who you are

Proven track record in senior business development, ideally in legal, property, data, research, or professional services. Consultative sales expert with the ability to influence and engage large clients. Commercially minded, strategic, and results-driven. Strong communicator and presenter, able to build relationships at all levels. Analytical, financially savvy, and a strong problem solver. Resilient, self-motivated, and able to operate confidently at senior levels.
