Denco Fluid Systems (DFS) and Denco Control Systems (DCS) are part of the Lubrication Group within Industrial Manufacturing Company International (IMCI Group). With operations across three continents, we are a global leader in lubrication, filtration, and cooling solutions.

We design and deliver bespoke and modular skid systems for grease, oil, water cooling, and chilling. Our expertise supports a wide range of industries including steel, oil & gas, rail, mining, renewables, food & beverage, textiles, agriculture, and plastics.

The Opportunity



We're looking for a driven, technically minded Business Development Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Business Development, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in electrical and control systems who thrives on building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UK, Europe, and beyond.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise profitability and client satisfaction.

Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights and technical expertise.

Build relationships at all levels, from engineers to senior decision-makers.

Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with company parameters.

Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client data in the CRM system.

Represent DFS at client meetings, site visits, trade shows, and industry events.

What We're Looking For



-

Proven experience in B2B business development or technical sales within engineering.

- Strong knowledge of automation, control systems, and system integration.

- Relevant technical qualification (electrical or mechanical).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Results-driven, commercially astute, and highly organised.

- Confident using CRM and IT systems.

- Flexible to travel across the UK, Europe, and occasionally further afield.

- Full UK driving licence (clean preferred).

- Must have the right to work in the UK.

Monday-Thursday: 8.30am - 4.45pm (30-min lunch) Friday: 8.30am - 3.00pm (30-min lunch)
