OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:About the Role

This is a senior, high-impact opportunity for an experienced

Business Development Manager

with a strong track record in the property or financial services sector. This role is suited to a proven deal-maker who already has an

established industry network

and the ability to immediately leverage existing relationships while continuing to

self-generate new business through high activity levels

.

This is a

field-based and remote role

, offering autonomy, flexibility, and significant earning potential. You will take ownership of new business growth within your territory, acting as a trusted partner to introducers and a key contributor to the company's ongoing expansion.

What You'll Be Doing

Leveraging an

existing network of industry contacts

(e.g. mortgage brokers, estate agents, property professionals) to generate immediate new business. Proactively

self-generating new opportunities

through cold outreach, referrals, networking, social selling, and face-to-face meetings. Identifying, engaging, and signing high-quality introducers into long-term partnerships. Conducting on-site visits to pitch the company's services and value proposition. Maintaining

consistently high activity levels

, with a strong focus on outbound business development. Attending and representing the business at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions. Managing and developing a strong pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM updates. Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding and ongoing partner experience. Attending monthly sales meetings in London and additional in-person sessions as required.
What They're Looking For

Proven experience as a

Business Development Manager

in the

property, legal, or financial services sector

. An

established and active industry network

that can be leveraged to generate new opportunities quickly. A strong history of

self-generated new business

and consistent target achievement. Confidence operating in a senior, autonomous role with full ownership of your territory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. A proactive, results-driven mindset with high levels of resilience and motivation. Strong organisation and time management skills, comfortable working independently in the field. Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity.

Flexible base salary up to 40,000

, depending on experience
