About the Role




This role will focus on winning new clients and expanding Neuvens footprint through consultative, solutions-led selling. As Senior Business Development Manager reporting to the Sales Director, you will own the endtoend sales process and be accountable for delivering new revenue growth. Your role will include identifying, researching and prioritising target prospects, engaging senior decision makers, and clearly articulating how our solutions address their specific workforce challenges. You will lead client meetings and presentations, manage opportunities through the sales pipeline, and take full responsibility for closing deals and achieving agreed sales targets. Postsale, you will oversee contract negotiation and support the implementation team, ensuring commercial terms are clear, risks are managed, and a smooth handover into ongoing account management is achieved. You will receive full training and ongoing support from your line manager, an experienced sales coach with a proven track record of developing highperforming business development professionals.

ey role responsibilities are:




Proactively generate and progress highquality opportunities through a mix of targeted prospecting, outbound calling, personalised email campaigns, LinkedIn/social selling and sector networking. Identify, research and prioritise target organisations in our core and emerging markets, mapping key stakeholders and developing multicontact engagement plans. Build and nurture relationships with senior decision makers, taking a consultative approach to diagnose their challenges and position our solutions as the preferred option. Lead the full 360 sales cycle endtoend from initial discovery and solution design through to proposal creation, presentations/demos, negotiation, commercial signoff and close. Own contract discussions and commercial terms, ensuring profitable, sustainable agreements and a smooth handover into implementation and ongoing account management. Continuously monitor and report on market conditions, sector trends and competitor activity, using insights to refine your approach and inform wider sales strategy. Maintain an accurate, uptodate pipeline and forecast, consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team KPIs across qualified opportunities, conversion rates, revenue and margin.

A Few Things About You




Outbound (cold calling) experience B2B sales experience Experience of working in a target-driven sales environment Excellent organisational skills Consultative selling approach and key experience in the following sectors Care and Housing, Education, 3rd sector. (preferred) Experience using HubSpot to manage sales leads (preferred) Motivated, passionate individual with a desire to deliver and exceed targets Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively Good IT Skills Email, LinkedIn, Word, Excel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal active listening skills Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs, acquiring new business and building customer relationships Consistent high achiever
