As CloudPass continues to go from strength to strength, we're now recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.
Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Paradox IT. In this pivotal role, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Your contributions will be essential in expanding our market presence and promoting our CloudPass solutions.
Responsibilities
Generating and managing sales leads
Following up on new business opportunities and arranging meetings
Growing business relationships with existing clients
Planning and preparing sales presentations
Client demos - online screen share sessions and face-to-face, where required
Capturing customer requirements & designing solutions
Assisting with input into product marketing material
Attending and providing support at events where the company exhibits
Contributing to internal weekly sales meetings
Compiling reports, highlighting activity, key wins, challenges and industry insights
Managing the company CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
Raising the company profile within the security industry
Requirements
Has a comprehensive understanding of B2B channel management
Is self-motivated
Has excellent communication skills
Has a positive attitude
Has a full UK driving licence
Hours of Work
You will be required to work Monday to Friday for a total of 8 hours per day (40 hours per week) between 8 am and 6 pm, You will be entitled to a half-hour unpaid lunch break each day.
Location
You will be based either at our HQ in Rochdale or, alternatively, from home (if permitted) and will be required to work at any location within the UK as determined by the needs of the business, which may also incur overnight stays. You will be required to come into the Paradox HQ office at least once per month.
Remuneration
50k - 65k base salary depending on experience.
Commission package - to be agreed.
Car allowance.
22 days, increasing by 1 day per full year of service completed to a maximum of 28 days, plus all Bank Holidays in England and Wales.
Annual salary review.
Auto-enrolment into the company pension scheme after 3 months.
