We're looking for a dynamic
Senior Business Development Manager
to lead growth across the South East of England. This is a full-time remote role with plenty of time out in the field building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving real results.If you're passionate about mortgages and love turning conversations into long-term partnerships, this is your chance to make a serious impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Grow the business:
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across your region.Build strong partnerships:
Work with a network of directly authorised brokers, packagers, and independent advisers -- the one-man bands who make the market move.Shape strategy:
Develop and execute plans to expand presence in the buy-to-let and residential mortgage sectors.Own your patch:
You'll be the face of the bank in the South East, managing the full sales process and driving revenue growth.What We're Looking For
Experience that counts:
You've previously worked in afield-based buy-to-let or residential mortgage role
.A natural business developer:
You thrive on generating new business and growing your network.Mobile and motivated:
You hold afull UK driving licence
and are happy to travel across your region.What's in It for You
