We are partnering with an international law firm who are recruiting for a Senior Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join their London office. The role involves providing a high level of support to business development and marketing activities whilst working closely with members of their leading BD and Marketing team in London.
The Responsibilities:

• Prepare research and reports, assist with pitches, RFPs, and credentials, and support wider BD initiatives.
• Maintain content for key tools including the deals database, intranet pages, CVs, the pitch toolbox, and other client development resources.
• Support legal directory and award submissions, update marketing materials, and produce internal and external communications such as newsletters.
• Conduct client and market research, coordinate information gathering across offices, and draft or edit pitch text and team profiles.
• Support planning and delivery of client-facing and virtual events-managing CRM target lists, RSVPs, materials, and on-site setup alongside the events team.
• Deliver high-quality outputs, complete assigned projects efficiently, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Business Development team.

The Candidate:

• Previous business development experience, strong research and analytical ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail.
• Proactive, energetic, solutions-focused, able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of tasks.
• Understanding of the legal market, international partnership environments, and relevant sectors (e.g., financial services) is beneficial but not essential.
• A team player with an ability to work independently and under pressure when facing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
