What you'll be doing
Are you a passionate data expert ready to transform raw information into powerful insights that drive business success for iconic brands? Future's Data & Business Intelligence team is seeking a proactive Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. You will play an important part in our B2C division, working with household names like Tom's Guide, Marie Claire, PC Gamer, and CinemaBlend.

Reporting to the Senior BI Manager, this hands-on analytical role, you'll deliver key insights and solutions that directly impact our strategic and operational decisions. You'll partner with stakeholders across eCommerce, Audience, Sales, and Product, diving deep into complex business challenges and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Partner with business teams to translate complex analytical needs into actionable insights, supporting critical decisions and strategic initiatives. Build robust data pipelines, automate reporting processes, and design scalable dashboards and reports that enable reliable, data-driven decision-making.
Lead and deliver data projects using strong project management practices while driving ad-hoc initiatives that help teams maximise the value of data. Continuously improve BI infrastructure, enhance data quality, and champion opportunities to innovate and leverage data for greater commercial impact.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
To excel as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Future, you'll bring a blend of strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a collaborative mindset;

• Experience as a Data Analyst, business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytic role
• Analytical experience in digital analytics, audience insights, digital advertising, eCommerce, subscriptions, or marketing.
• Experience working with GA4 data for digital performance analysis.
• Proficient in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation; experience with BI tools like Google BigQuery, Looker/Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
• Produce insightful, accurate, and user-friendly reports and dashboards.
• Strong product mindset; experienced in gathering and translating business requirements into data solutions.
• Proactive, curious, results-driven, with a passion for continuous learning and innovative solutions.
