Your Role

NWADCS is seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Analyst to lead regional analytics for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Alternative Provision (AP) across the North West. You'll deliver high-quality insights to support strategic planning, performance, and innovation. Working with 24 Local Authorities and national partners, you'll enhance data collections, lead diagnostics, and strengthen reporting to the Regional Innovation and Improvement Board. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change for children and families through impactful data.

About You

The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative Senior Analyst with strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to drive improvement. You'll have experience leading projects from concept to delivery, working flexibly across teams, and presenting complex data and insights clearly to varied audiences. With excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, you thrive in collaborative environments and are confident engaging with stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with data visualisation tools is required. Experience in SEND, Early Years, Education, or Children's Social Care is preferred. Adaptable and proactive, you're committed to continuous learning, innovation, and delivering high-quality outcomes across a dynamic regional landscape.

About Us

This is a fantastic opportunity to join NWADCS and play a pivotal role in shaping services for children and families across the North West. You'll work at the heart of a collaborative, region-wide initiative focused on improving outcomes in SEND and Alternative Provision. With access to a strong professional network, national partnerships, and the chance to influence strategic decisions, this role offers real impact. Flexible working, professional development, and the opportunity to lead innovation in data and analytics make this a rewarding short-term role for a motivated and values-driven leader.
