Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner Analyst to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. Joining the finance business partnering team, you will support and partner the Commercial Operations division to support planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring.
In this role, you will: You will build strong relationships with operational teams to influence and guide business decisions using financial analysis and reporting.
Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, dashboards and KPIs to provide financial insight.
Support business case development for new initiatives/investments and projects.
To consistently monitor performance and proactively search for opportunities for improvement.
About You
You have experience in a commercial environment, working with multiple stakeholders and able to understand stakeholder requirements to provide accurate, timely and insightful reporting.
Minimum criteria: Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with commercial experience in a business partnering role
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to communicate with clarity and to have confidence in dealing with all levels of staff and external partners
Commercially minded with the ability to challenge
Good team player who actively looks to share best practice in an area that embraces innovation
Self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm
Be highly customer focused with the ability to work collaboratively
Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
Ability to make recommendations and take decisions
Highly organised, and able to prioritise and manage own workload
Ability to work unsupervised and to manage a varied workload efficiently and pro-actively
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
Ability to travel when required
