This is a high-profile role at the heart of Oxford's external engagement strategy, shaping impactful partnerships that drive health and biomedical innovation. You will lead the development of major partnerships with global pharmaceutical and biotech companies, support emerging multidisciplinary initiatives, and guide researchers in building business collaborations that attract investment and unlock new opportunities. Working alongside world-class research teams and cutting-edge industry partners you will drive the co-development of ambitious projects with real-world impact.
We're looking for an experienced partnerships professional with a scientific background, deep knowledge of the life sciences sector, and a proven record in securing funding and shaping complex, multi-stakeholder collaborations. You'll bring the confidence and credibility to engage senior academic and industry leaders, the leadership to guide teams, and the expertise to navigate contracting and IP to deliver successful partnerships. A degree, preferably at the post-graduate level or equivalent, is also required.
