This role has a starting salary of 15,323.50 per annum, based on an 18-hour working week (pro rata to 30,647 per annum, full time equivalent). We are excited to be recruiting a Senior Business Support Assistant to join our successful Customer Relations Team within the Adults, Wellbeing and Health Partnerships directorate. Our focus is to instil an ethos of putting people front and centre of everything we do. This role is based in Guildford, but with flexibility to work throughout Surrey. This role is open to flexible working, so you are not required in the office for the full 18 hours per week. Our Offer to You

About The Role In this role you will support the team to champion the voices of people who use services and carers. As the Senior Business Support Assistant, you will be responsible for recording and reporting compliments received by members of staff, as well as preparing letters to celebrate their hard work and commitment to our residents. You will be responsible for co-ordinating replies to MP and Council Member enquiries to ensure a timely response from the service, monitoring and reporting against our service level agreements. You will log and close complaints that are resolved outside of the formal process and will be involved with performance reporting of this important area. You will provide general support to the Customer Relations team, which will include speaking directly to residents about their complaint and will provide you with a good introduction into Customer Relations. Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent
Evidence of good written and oral communication skills
Experience of working in a customer relations environment
Ability to speak to, and build sound relationships with residents
Competency in using a range of IT tools and systems
