Business Travel Consultants - required for this established and expanding business travel company based in Scotland. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading corporate travel company , assisting clients with a variety of European and Worldwide flights, hotels, and transfers , whilst offering a high level of service over the phone and by email . Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting for experienced Business Travel Consultants to work on mixed and dedicated accounts including Marine, oil & gas using either Galileo or Amadeus. They offer a salary up to 31,000 along with other company benefits. This role can be office based , hybrid or fully remote.
Business Travel Consultants duties
-Working on mixed , dedicated corporate accounts and Marine, Oil & Gas booking UK, European and Worldwide business travel arrangements
-Booking flights, car hire and hotels using a GDS it is essential to have either Galileo or Amadeus
-Providing visa advice
-Working to the clients travel policy finding the most cost-effective travel option available
-Making changes, amendments, and reissues
Business Travel Consultants skills required
-Business travel consultant experience essential
-Strong GDS knowledge either Galileo or Amadeus
-Working within either an office based Scotland , hybrid or homebased role
