Job Description

Purpose of role :

To provide a complete travel management solution for our clients in compliance with ATPI standards and brand expectations. Being accountable and have a good understanding for what is needed to manage our clients travel requirements ensuring we are delivering the best travel solution.

Key Responsibilities:

High quality standards

Ability to use own initiative and consider range of solutions to suit client requirements

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

GDS experience essential, preferably Amadeus

Able to work under pressure and lead by example

Accuracy and ability to follow instruction

Managing agreed service levels

Proactive customer service at all time

Would suit someone who is self motivated, has a passion for customer satisfaction, teamwork and learning about our clients. Can remain calm in a pressured environment.

Minimum of three years experience working as a business travel consultant.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year
