Senior Business/sales Development Manager

Caerphilly, WLS, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Business/Sales Development Manager to join a highly respected national Print organisation at a time of continued growth and investment. Operating successfully across the UK and Europe, the business is now looking to further strengthen its position within it's targeted markets.

Our organisation is well established and trusted nationwide, with a substantial existing client base and a strong reputation for delivering intelligent, cost-effective print solutions. While the company operates throughout the UK and Europe, we are looking to build on an already successful presence by identifying new opportunities, developing long-term client relationships and increasing market share.

This is a role offering genuine autonomy and influence. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a business development strategy, engaging with senior decision-makers and positioning the organisation as a strategic partner rather than simply a supplier. Supported by robust operational infrastructure and an experienced leadership team, you will have the freedom to grow in a way that delivers long-term, sustainable success.

In return, the company offers a highly attractive package, including a competitive salary, a generous bonus structure and the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the future growth of a forward-thinking national business. This is a role for someone seeking more than a traditional sales position -- it offers the chance to make a real impact, build strong influence and progress within an expanding organisation.

If you are a senior business development professional with experience in the printing industry, and you are motivated by the opportunity to grow within a respected and innovation led organisation, you will be recognised for your worth.
