We also own Raccoon.co.uk and Raccoon.store to give clients all they need to make an impact. We're now looking for a Senior Campaign Consultant to join our ever-growing team and turn explorative conversations into major campaigns.
Your Role
As our Senior Campaign Consultant, you'll take ownership of inbound leads at the discovery stage, leading early conversations and guiding prospects from first call to confirmed order. In this consultative role, you'll use existing content to delight and engage with our clients - educating them on how we can achieve their campaign vision.
You'll ensure they know they've found their ideal campaign partner, drill down on the details, scope projects accurately, and keep momentum going. You'll also maximise opportunities, negotiating confidently and upselling wherever you can, before handing each project over with an actionable brief.
In embracing a customer-focused approach and proven TAYA (They Ask, You Answer) techniques, you'll hit the ground running to win high-value orders than make for exciting live campaigns and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales & Discovery
Lead video-based discovery calls with qualified inbound leads.
Quickly understand client goals, budgets, and timelines.
Position Promohire as a trusted partner, and not just a supplier.
Send articles, videos, and case studies to educate leads about the options and what we can do for them.
Respond quickly and professionally to keep up the conversation.
Commercial Ownership
Build and present tailored proposals to help bring the project to life
Confidently upsell services across Promohire and Raccoon.
Negotiate pricing and campaign scope, without overpromising.
Project Handover & Collaboration
Own early-stage projects with an aim to persuade and educate clients rather than push them into action.
Provide clear, detailed handovers to account managers.
Ensure all aspects of each project are realistic, achievable, and within expectations.
CRM & Sales Process
Manage opportunities accurately within HubSpot.
Track activity, forecast revenue, and report on progress.
Use data and insights to help increase our success rate.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in senior B2B sales, ideally within a creative services, live events, or agency environment.
Experience managing high-value opportunities with lots of moving parts.
Able to understand complex briefs and identify easy wins and areas of profit.
Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell services while maintaining trust.
Commercially aware, with the confidence to negotiate pricing and timelines.
Experience owning sales opportunities from discovery to delivery.
The confidence to represent our brand and showcase our previous work.
Highly organised, with the ability to hand over detailed, accurate project briefs.
Comfortable using CRM systems to manage forecasting and reporting (HubSpot preferred).
Able to hit the ground running in a highly productive environment.
