We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Campaign Manager to join our newly formed Retail Media team. We are going through a very exciting period of growth and therefore require a highly motivated, organised, and personable individual to manage our developing portfolio of brand partner campaigns. You will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of our Retail Media campaigns ensuring world-class levels of client servicing throughout.

You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching and closing media sales deals, collaborating with multiple internal and client-side stakeholders along the way and forecasting & achieving quarterly targets.

You will manage one direct report initially with huge scope for team growth in Year 1.

This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the world\'s most recognisable Health & Beauty brands within the football space, joining a fun and dynamic team who play a critical role in the growth of the company.

This role will give you a platform to develop both your own and the digital marketing team\'s reputation internally, and globally within AS Watson Group, given the importance of eCommerce in the business.

You will be part of the eCommerce team.

Key Responsibilities

Reach and exceed business development goals while contributing to team goals
Provide world-class customer service to drive revenue with new and existing customers
Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships across product and client service teams
Hit or exceed quarterly revenue target
Manage sponsored products and display (on-site and off-site) advertising campaigns on behalf of leading brands
Managing the day-to-day relationships with client partners to ensure we exceed their goals and expectations.
Digging deep into the campaign data to build future client strategy
Lead regular client check-ins and business reviews, communicating optimizations made along with the planned road map.
Internally escalating any issues and concerns raised by clients.
Work with internal campaign management team to ensure campaigns are running smoothly, goals are being met and technical issues are being troubleshooted timely and effectively
Work closely with our technology provide, Criteo
Ensure on-boarding of new client partners is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
Understanding what our key competitors are doing in the digital space and developing plans to ensure we remain competitive.\xe2\x80\xa2 Team Leadership & Development will be a core part of your remit and you will be responsible for coaching and develop your direct reports, maintaining regular 1:1\'s, PDRs and ensuring top talent are nurtured and brought forward in the right way.

Here\'s what you\'ll need

Ideal candidates would have Retail Media experience but this I not essential; It is essential to have driven sales and managed campaigns for a high performing agency, platform or in-house team.
Knowledge of the Retail media landscape
Knowledge of digital media landscape and language
Extensive experience in a similar role
Entrepreneurial with the ability to influencing key stakeholders to drive success.
Team leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for coaching and nurturing team members towards set goals.
Experience in budget management and turning around campaigns within a fast-paced environment.

Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
