strategic, detail-oriented campaign specialist

How You'll Make an Impact




Here are some of the ways you'll contribute to our mission:

Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns

across multiple markets and platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients

to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative media strategies that drive business outcomes.

Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights

, supporting senior management with transparent reporting and reliable forecasting.

Evaluate tools, test new approaches, and refine processes

to make our programmatic operations more efficient and effective.

Execute campaign setup and trafficking

in various systems, ensuring ad tags and creatives are properly loaded, approved, and ready for launch.

The Ideal Profile: Is This You?




Here's what helps people succeed in this role:

Experience:

At least 2 years in a programmatic buying role, managing high-volume customer acquisition campaigns.

Toolbox:

Solid knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and fluency with DSPs, DMPs, and 3rd-party ad servers.

Core Competencies:




Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of campaign, ad server, and impression data. Identify key performance drivers and act on them.

Soft Skills:

Strategic, proactive, and collaborative. You're hands-on, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Denmark (Copenhagen)



Pension: 11% company-paid contribution + 5% employee contribution. Health Insurance: Included as part of the pension plan. Internet Allowance: DKK 350 per month for full-time employees (DKK 175 for part-time). Food: Breakfast, lunch, fruit, and snacks provided for a DKK 400 monthly contribution. United Kingdom (London)



Pension: BC contributes 4% and the employee contributes 5% of the annual salary. Health and Dental Insurance: Private insurance through BUPA is provided.
