Key Responsibilities:

Execute targeted

door-to-door canvassing

to generate high-quality leads for our roofing and home improvement services Identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our sales team Build rapport and trust with homeowners, handling objections with confidence Accurately record lead information and feedback using our internal systems Represent the AJCS brand with professionalism, integrity, and energy

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of canvassing or field sales experience

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Confident communicator with persuasive and engaging pitch delivery Resilient, goal-driven, and self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality Comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performance team Roofing or home improvement industry knowledge is a

strong advantage
