The Role

We are seeking

Social Care Wales registered

Senior Key Workers who are proficient in medication administration.

As a Senior Key Worker, you will:

Provide guidance and supervision to colleagues. Deliver and monitor care in line with individual care plans. Safely administer medication and ensure accurate record keeping. Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in all aspects of daily living. Support residents with community engagement, meaningful activities, and personal goals. Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards. Act as a role model for best practice, addressing concerns confidently and professionally. This isn't a desk job. At Fronhaul, Senior Key Workers lead by example -- from administering medication to supporting personal care and keeping the environment safe. What We're Looking For

Current

Social Care Wales registration

(essential). Proficiency in medication administration. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. A compassionate, resilient approach to care. Commitment to person-centred, ethical practice.
