Location: Arbory Residential Home, Andover Down, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 6LR

Pay: 12.71 per hour, paid monthly

Hours: 48 hours per week | Days shifts (8pm - 8am) | Alternate weekends required

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll lead by example and support your team to deliver the highest standard of care. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing personal and emotional support to residents with dignity and professionalism Supporting with daily needs such as medication, toileting, and bathing Supervising and mentoring care staff, promoting teamwork and a positive atmosphere Keeping accurate records and ensuring smooth handovers between shifts Acting as a point of contact for families, visitors, and other professionals Supporting the management team with assigned responsibilities and tasks

What We're Looking For:

A

Level 3 qualification (or above)

in Health & Social Care Previous experience in a similar senior care role A team player with strong communication and leadership skills A kind, patient and respectful attitude -- always putting residents first Flexibility to work night shifts and alternate weekends
