What You'll Be Doing:



Deliver outstanding person-centred care while leading by example across the shift Support and mentor care assistants, ensuring best practice and kindness underpin everything Assist with medication administration, care plans, risk assessments and handovers Be the senior point of contact on the floor--managing priorities, responding to resident needs, and supporting the team in the moment Build trusted relationships with residents and their families, offering reassurance, empathy and clear communication Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of care, dignity, and respect

What You'll Bring:



Experience as a Care Assistant with a Level 3 A calm, confident presence and natural ability to lead with empathy and integrity Excellent communication and organisational skills A genuine passion for working with older adults and those living with dementia A proactive mindset and team-first attitude--you'll be ready to step up and help wherever needed
