Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support to residents in line with their individual care plans Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting Administer medication and ensure compliance with medication plans Monitor and record residents' vital signs and overall well-being Support the nursing staff in implementing healthcare programs Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team

Qualifications

Previous experience in a care assistant role NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Good understanding of care practices and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents Reliable, responsible, and flexible approach to work
