The Role:
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
Act as a role model and mentor for care staff
Support and guide colleagues to develop their skills
Provide personal care and emotional support to residents
Administer medication safely and accurately
Complete care plans, assessments, and maintain accurate records
Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing for residents
Assist with meals, activities, and social outings
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
What we're looking for:
Experienced in care with leadership qualities
Compassionate, reliable, and committed
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Must be flexible to work both Day and Nights Shifts.
Work well and "get stuck in" with the team
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrate determination and resilience
A positive "can do" attitude
Flexible to cover shifts when required - Our homes operate 7 days per week, 365 days per year
Can build good, credible relationships with staff, residents and their families
