5:00pm - 11:00pm

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:

You will be part of a supportive and skilled team committed to helping residents live with dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include:


Leading and supervising care staff during your shift Providing personal care and companionship Administering and overseeing medication Supporting residents in their daily activities and routines Updating and maintaining care plans Supporting residents with end-of-life care Working closely with families to ensure residents receive the best care and support Promoting independence, choice, and inclusion in every aspect of life

Glenholme Bispham Gardens is a 52-bed care home located in a quiet residential area of Blackpool. Our home provides high-quality care for older adults, including specialist services such as dementia and end-of-life care. In early 2021, we expanded with a brand-new 24-room extension, enabling us to continue offering exceptional residential care in a modern, welcoming environment.
