The Role

As a

Senior Care Assistant

, you'll take pride in leading and supporting our care team to deliver the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include:

Running shifts and leading a small team Delivering person-centred personal care and support Assisting with continence and nutrition needs Updating care records on our electronic care planning system Helping residents enjoy engaging activities Maintaining a safe, hygienic, homely environment
Previous senior-level experience is an advantage, but not essential - the right attitude and passion for care are what matter most.
