Bo'ness Care home supports a maximum of 27 residents within our purpose-built care home.

Our experienced and dedicated management & nursing team are supported by a skilled care team that provides effective, person-centred care for those requiring dementia and/or nursing care.

What does the day of a Care Assistant look like?

As a naturally caring and compassionate person, you will play a pivotal role in delivering great quality, person related care:

Providing excellent care and support to residents Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual Providing support and guidance to family members Engaging in day-to-day activities and providing companionship to residents Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
