Old Shenfield Place Care Home strives to ensure that the residents live a full and meaningful life. We are currently seeking a passionate and caring Senior Health Care Assistant to assist with the day to day running of the home. Previous experience of working as a Senior in a Care Home Setting is important.

Day to day duties will include

Organising care staff during each shift to ensure that all residents care needs are met. The safe administration of medication to residents. Liaising with Health Care Professionals to ensure that the health and well-being of residents is upheld Supporting our residents with their daily activities such as personal care including infection control and prevention. Supporting at meal times Providing reassurance, comfort and a friendly ear. Supporting with duties around the home to maintain the health and safety of the home. Supporting with the safe moving and positioning of residents that require support. Working closely with the Head of Care and Care Manager to identify issues that may occur and work with action plans and processes to ensure that the Home is compliant and safe.
