Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Senior Carer to join our team at Castlethorpe Residential Home in Brigg, North Lincolnshire. The Senior Carer will play a key role in providing exceptional care for our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met while promoting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily activities. Supervise and support care staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents and their families. Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting concerns promptly. Foster a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar care role, with knowledge of dementia care preferred. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A caring and empathetic approach to residents and team members.
