Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse group of individuals effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the capability to analyse team performance and implement strategies for improvement. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring that operational goals are met.

Duties

Supervise daily operations and provide guidance to team members. Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts for sickness absences. Communicate effectively with team members to promote collaboration and resolve any issues that arise. Foster a culture of teamwork and support within the group. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Serve as a point of contact between management and team members, relaying important information as needed. Encourage feedback from team members to improve processes and morale.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role is essential and willing to work towards achieving QCF Level 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, fostering an inclusive and productive environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and inspire others. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement. Familiarity with relevant care practices is an advantage.
