Who We're Looking For
We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals with proven prioritisation, organisational, and delegation skills. Ideally, you'll already be qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and have experience in a care home setting. If you're just starting your Level 3 Diploma, that's great too - we're here to support you on your journey!
Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day leadership, including managing care delivery, shift workloads, and personal care standards.
Administering medication safely and accurately.
Working in collaboration with professionals such as GPs, DNs and DLN.
Offering expert advice and guidance on residents' care to colleagues and health professionals.
Managing staff performance with encouragement and supervision
Reporting any changes in residents' health or needs, and contributing to reviews of care plans and risk assessments.
