We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a care home facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to seniors and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality care and support to elderly residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Supervise and support junior care staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Drive initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided
- Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting

Skills:

- Experience in senior care or a related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to develop and implement care plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping and reporting
