What does the job role involve?





We understand that care roles are demanding, and we are looking for candidates who are able to support our residents to remain active and independent which includes but is not limited to:


Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care. Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heartwarming memories. Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform "Nourish" Work within a committed team member Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice To supervise, guide and support a group of care assistants. To assist in the planning and monitoring of resident care. Assist with care assistant induction programme and Core Training Programme Any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.

What makes a successful candidate:




Must have previous senior care experience NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social care obtained Enthusiastic about providing care Great values and compassion for supporting people You will be able to work well as part of a team and independently showing creativity and passion for the work you do Great communication skills Be able to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities Engage well with people we support in their continuing interests and supporting positive experiences

Located in a quiet village on the outskirts of the large market town of Chesterfield, Brimington Care Centre is a purpose-built care home with 42 resident bedrooms. Brimington offers 42 rooms (some of which can be shared if desired), all tastefully decorated and many benefitting from en-suite facilities. Our dedicated and compassionate care team provide residential, dementia and respite care, as well as intermediate care as an alternative to hospital. Within safe and inviting surroundings, our highly skilled team create personalised care plans in conjunction with residents and their loved ones, placing residents' wellbeing, personal choice, and independence at the front of mind.
